1,Main Characteristics

Sawdust rotary dryer includes rotator,lifting plate,gearing,support device and sealing device.Reasonable structure,well-made,high capacity,low energy consumption,easy to operate.Rotary drum dryer working principle:wet material by pelt conveyor or bucket elevator to the hopper ,and then sent to the feeding mouth.the feeding pipe's tilt angle is bigger than natural inclination,in orfer to keep material be into drying tower easily.The material was filled into rotary drum dryer from high end and the hot carrier into from low-end ,at moment , heat carrier touch material ,and then they flow in pipe together.

Run with the rotation of the cylinder and material by gravity to the lower end.

The wet material in the process of moving forward in the cylinder body , directly or indirectly to the heat of the heating medium , so that the wet material to be dried , and then in the discharge end by a belt conveyor or screw conveyor sent .

The heat carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas. After heat carrier to be dried, the cyclone will brought the material in the heat carrier to trap down . For further reduce exhaust gas dust content, should be put the bag filter or wet dust collector and then emissions.
