GQL paint self-cleaning filter machine

USAGE

1. Main structure and working principle: 

GQL self-scrape-clean filter contains a stainless filter with self-scape-clean net, a pneumatic diaphragm pump or electric gear pump. These components are installed all on a trolley and can be moved to any place of product line for continous working.

2. Main application

Good filteration solution for material containing large impurities such as paint, ink, all kinds of coating and etc.

This filter is especially good for material with high viscosity.

3. Main characters:

It is very efficient for this filling machine to remove impurities in material. And filter accuracy can also be ensured. The pressure deviation between inside and outside of filter is very low and stable, so the material with high viscosity can also be adapted.

The filter net needs not to be replaced. And no maintaince needed in operation. Also no cost is needed for filter bag replacement and waste treatment.

The filter works continuously online. The production is largely increased.

The time for slag discharge is very short ( 1 second).The waste is very little and the loss of product is largely reduced.

The filter works quietly and safe. It protects the environment.

Payback period is very short comparing to other filters.
