Prepare the quality control system and quality exam and assessment system, as well as supervise implementation. The weekly report on the quality of raw materials, products and intermediate gets published by the production coordinator every Monday.

 Quality assessment

Maintain principles and follow the rules; the quality assessment should get reported twice a week and once a month, along with an annual summary report.

 Testing and supervision on incoming raw materials and outgoing products

 Accuracy and timeliness of data should be guaranteed; unqualified materials must never get sent to the factory. The notice for disposal of unqualified raw materials and products should get filled out and sent to relevant organization.

 Waste water testing

 Accuracy and timeliness of wastewater testing should be guaranteed.

Testing must occur on intermediate, semi-finished products and self-used products during productive process

 Accuracy and timeliness of data analysis must be guaranteed. Unqualified semi-finished products should never enter the next procedure until properly processed.
