The company has developed green foam with high technology and free of air pollution which adopts the latest international high-tech and green technology, this foam can save 30% of raw materials. The foam will complete a series of chemical reactions in the vacuum box to prevent this sponge from self-combustion by contact with air, it has special meaning to improve and optimize China's ecological environment! We hope that it can be used in the whole polyurethane foam industry in 10 years.

QHF-2010 vacuum machine configuration

1.The machine is equipped with imported Siemens converter, computer programming PLC control, the machine can automatically measure flow and change formula as well as remote maintenance through Internet.

2.The equipment can produce various and high-quality foam with 4-100 density, the quantity of TDI can be reduced 30%, and it dose not need to add methylene chloride which can reduce 10-30% of the cost of raw materials.

3.QHF-2010 vacuum machine can produce 180 meters foam in one time, the total length of the machine is 114 meters, the design of the equipment is compact and new with unique appearance, it uses international steel to weld, superior in quality and energy-saving.
