This series jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing ores and large materials. It can process various kinds of materials with crushing compression strength not up to 350Mpa. It has been widely applied in the areas of mining, metallurgy, highway, railway, construction, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc. Jaw crusher of our PE series can process the large stones with high capacity primarily so that it becomes the first choice for primary crushing. Working Principles of widely used jaw crusher :
The motor drives pulley of jaw crusher, making the movable jaw do periodic movement through eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw increases when movable jaw moves up. So the movable jaw moves to the fixed jaw. The stones are crushed in this process in jaw crusher. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, the movable jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the crushed stones are discharged from the outlet.
