Product Introduce of rotary drum screen

This drum screen are slope drum installed screens. The drum always rolls and with a sloping angle. When drum start to run, broken materials enter the drum and to be screened alone with the drum rotation, then bigger granularities roll forward along the cylinderm pitch. At the same time, fine granularity roll, and fall down by screening out through different meshes. This drum screen is widely used to support stone, brick, chemical, mining production line.
Structure of Rotary drum Screen:
High-frequency rotary drum screen consists of vibration exciter, ore pulp distributor, screen frame, machine frame, suspension springs and sieve and so on.
Features of rotary drum screen:
High efficiency, small amplitude and high frequency of screening; it differs from the conventional screens with breaking of the surface tension of pulp and small granularity high speed vibration on sieve cover and accelerates the separating of large-density useful mines and increase the contacting probability of the materials smaller than output granularity and the sieve pore. Therefore produce good condition and make the materials smaller than the output granularity, especially the big-density materials and pulp get through the sieve pore together
