1. Could you please send me your catalogue with price list?

    Answer : Yes, catalogue is OK, but kindly tell us the item No. you like, we will send quotation list as soon as possible.

2. May I order small qty of shoes ?

    Answer : Different models have different MOQ, You'd better contact us to confirm. Sometimes we  suggest  your models which have small MOQ or shoes in stock.

3. Can you provide sample?

     Answer : Yes, please feel free to tell us the item No. you prefer, also your own design is welcome to make  sample for you.

4. When can you send me the shoes after payment?

     Answer : For sample, around 5 days. For bulk order, around 20 days.

5. What is your price term, payment terms or delivery terms?

    Answer : By FOB Guangzhou/ Shanghai 30% deposit, balance paid before shipment. Delivery Terms: By express, by air,  by shipment or as per requirement.

6.  What is your guarantee?

     Answer : Before shipment our shoeswill pass strict inspection. If any problem is found, detail photos need to  be provided within 20days after receiving goods. After our confirmation, compensation will be offered accordingly.
