Model TQSX Absorbing Type Specific Gravity Stone Cleaner

This machine is mainly used in removing impurities such as stoner, mud, larger specific weight than raw materials, also separate some heavy impurities in other grains.

It uses the airflow function going upside and through crop granule interval and make the crop separate from impurities according to different specific gravity and suspension speed between material and impurities. The heavy impurities are on the bottom and go to the stone output under the performance of destoner board which runs in directly inclined and reciprocating way; the crops on the upper go to output and separate the impurities from crops under the performance of self weight.

It is made up of suction wind system, input system, sieve, eccentric driving structure, dust-collector system, machine rack etc.
