Working principle of airflow puffed machine: 

 

put the materials into the tank with cover sealing cast steel inside, which shall be heated by liquefied petroleum gas, 

gas or coal with a certain speed constant rotation tanks, make the material evenly heat.Along with the constantly heating, tank temperature rise gradually, to 100 C above, the surface water of the material will escape from the body and vaporizated and then form a certain pressure in the tank. When the material moisture was controlled at 5% ~ 8%, the pressure in the tank will reach to 0.8 ~ 1.25 Mpa (different material pressure different). At this time the material in the tank has basically cured, if opened the lid suddenly , he high temperature and high pressure condition suddenly fell to formal conditions, thus,the postion where the waterlossed of the material would be filled with air and its structure changes:raw starch (beta starch) become a mature starch (alpha starch), the volume is swollen several times to ten times.
