Function Description:

Mixed waste plastic high-voltage electrostatic separator is designed by: Guangzhou Binyi Plastics Machinery.Co.,Ltd taking example by foreign equipment and technology and combining domestic situation of the actual processing of waste plastics industry and after years of independent research and development finally manufactures a new type of high-voltage electrostatic separation equipment; this machine works by the difference of triboelectricity of each kind of plastic and separates 2-3 different kinds of mixed material by electrostatic. Mainly used: renewable resources recycling industrial park, waste household appliances dismantling and waste plastics recycling industry.

Machine features :

1. Its core components are all imported from foreign brands and its separating purity can reach 96%, which can effectively enhance the value of products;

2. The control part is Siemens PLC and 11 inches touch screen which is with user-friendly operation and a variety of function at a glance;

3. The requirements of crushed size is relaxed, it is easy to go through the machine for crushed material below 20mm.

4. Wide range of separating, ABS / PS / sunk PP, ABS / ABS alloy / PC, PS / PET / PVC, PA / PE/ PO;

5.Fast speed of separating which reaches to 1000kg/h (Note: the crushed material can’t have too much powder);

6. It is energy-efficient which just need two people to operate, the separating cost is about 40 RMB / ton (Note: The material moisture content must not exceed 1%);

7. The "dry" separation mode will not produces three wastes, so it has no environmental pressures for its compliance with the requirements of new environmental laws;

8. The complete sets of equipment is in combined structure covering about 60 square meters;

9. If there is much powder and film in crushed material, more screening and film removing devices is needed in addition.(It will charge extra)

10. No matter it is crushing,sinking and floating material separating,washing,dehydrating and drying; or later electrostatic separation and silicone rubber separation,our factory has a mature solution system
