Detailed Product Description

 

The machine is suitable for making the brick adobe for the buildings.
Range of materials: clay, blackland , mixingland .

Constructure: 

Normally the line is consist of  sand-stone grinder and clay brick machine.
Mixer/Mud pie maker, mud pie cutter and Mud Adobe slicer machine, water pump. 

 
Clay stone grinder is used to crush the big clay and small sand-stone into pieces .

Application:

Clay after crushing sand stone is conveyed into the adobe maker, with suitable moisture, go into the hopper of Mixer, then mixed by the screw with water, extracted one mud pie shape. The mud pie shape go forward and go into the cutter, it is cut for size confirmed. The clay shape cut go into slicer machine and is cut the final clay adobe one by one . The adobe is take out by the worker for drying in the sun for preparing of baking.

Water pump supply for lubricating water in the process of  the line. The operation is easyly mastered .

Installment:

 

This line of adobe maker is installed on the false work (wooden/iron broad), also could be installed on the concrete foundation.

Packing wooden box for brick machine: 1000*1000*750mm and 1000*800*600mm
Sand stone grinder 1050*850*980mm 
Note: 30 sets/20Container for clay adobe maker/Clay Brick maker.
The sand stone Crusher is single installed, also belt cover.

Matching Power: diesel engine or electrical motor. 
Pls inform us for choosing motor or diesel engine when playing the order .
Rearding to the other capacity, we also could manufacture it according to the requires of the user .
The sand stone Crusher and belt conveyor could be saved if the local clay is softy without hard sand stone.
