New design of free span metallizing in winding section achieves free of guide line and edge line also wrinkle on metallized films.There is no spatter of Aluminium dross during metallizing.New design of winding section achieves change metallized film roll quickly and increase much more production greatly.And the multi-spread design make metallized films much more smooth and much better in quality.Better cooling result,lower metallizing temperature and quicker metallizing speed in the machine because of two chill rollers.

Japanese exact vector (or servo) drives control the tension section which with four ABB motors and three stages tension system.The major feature of tension system is loseproof in roll and anti-stall,also has all kinds of function on automatic correction.The tension system has an automatic adjustment on rewind taper tension and rapid response.

The staggered boats design in Aluminium evaporation section to made an excellent evaporation uniformity so increase the evaporation rate.Boats can be changed quickly and cleaning can be done easily because of the moveable Aluminium evaporation system.It is of the most reliable system and the fewest fault.

The stepping design in wire-feed section ensures the best uniformity of Aluminium coating.
