 About Shipping:

•  Since our enclosure belongs to the frigile cargo, we do not suggest your goods shipping without wooden package (wooden package will request extra charges).

•  The measurement of our goods beyond the length limitation of the express. So unless necessary, please do not shipping the cargo by air. While except the enclosure components.

Our Package:

•  To protect our cargo during the shipping, we usually use hard paper carton which will add some foam boards between glass and the paper board. Also the angle bead will be used for each angle of the glass. 

•   In order to avoid the damage from the transport the wooden case will request by our clients, while it will request some extra charges. If you have requests about it, please make an announcement when you contact us.

•  Our working time from Monday to Saturday , 8:30 am to 6:00 pm(China mainland time).  You are welcome to chact with us on line during that time.

•  We will reply your email in the first time during our working time.

•  No excuse of replacing the inferior quality products.

•  Inspected photos for each bill of cargo will send to you for reference before shipping.
