 Warranty                                             

We provide a 12 -18 month warranty for main units of all the manufactured at our own factory. The warranty begins with product shipment to customers. Whenever the customers promptly notify us of warranty claim, we are ready to provide services of adjustment, reparation and/or replacement (with new or exchanged replacement parts) on any unit of our products.

Extension of Warranty 

Extension of standard Warranty is available by contacting our local representative and or sole agency.

Exemption of Warranty

 Our obligation or liability under this warranty policy does not include any transportation or other charges or liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or delay resulting from the improper use or application of the products.

medical equipment or accessories. Whenever possible, we request a hard copy purchase order to ensure that your order is processed properly.

When you are ready to cancel order,please contact us by email or fax and list cancel which invoice number.

Normally we offer 24 months warranty,and lifetime maintenance.

3).Does your product has any certificate?

Almost all our medical equipment is CE,ISO approved,and some of them has FDA certificate.

4).What's your payment terms?

5).What's your product lead time?

Normally we can deliver goods within 7 workdays after receipt payment

6).How to maintenance the product if it has problem?

We have professional engineers,they can solve the problem by communicating with your engineer by skype or phone.

Wondcon offers free product training for clients.Clients can choose video,voice,email,skype for online training.Moreover,Wondcon has 

client training courses every year,client can visit Wondcon for face to face training.Meanwhile,Wondcon support training in client's office as required.
