Shipping

 

• Since the sliding door belongs to the fragile cargo, we do not suggest your goods shipping without wooden package (Wooden package will request extra charges).

 

• The measurement of our goods beyond the length limitation of the express. Unless necessary, please do not shipping the cargo by air, but except the stainless steel components.

 

• Photos for the product will be sent to our customer before packing up. Also photos for the shipping package will be sent in advance before loading the container.

 

Packging 

 

• To protect our cargo during the shipping, we usually use hard paper carton which will add some foam boards between glass and the paper board. Also the angle bead will be used for each angle of the glass.

 

• In order to avoid the damage from the transport the wooden case will request by our clients, while it will request some extra charges. If you have requests about it, please make an announcement when you contact us.

 

 

Payment

 

• Our company accept T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, Escrow as our payment.

 

• Sample order should be paid in full. Large orders, 50% of the total payment should be paid in advance as deposit before producing, balance shall be cleaned in 5 days before Loading.
