Juice filling line

It is used for filling fruit juice, tea drink into PET bottles.  we can supply the whole production line.

Characteristics:

1. The washing, filling and capping 3 kinds of jobswill be finished just by this one machine.

2. it is very convenient to change diverse sizes of bottles by means of advanced bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology.  

3. Advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine. Working speed can be adjustedby frequency conversion device.

4. In case of overheat it will alarm while if temperature is lower than standard the machine will stop and the liquid will flowback.
