Q1. How many days to delivery the goods to me ?

Since we confirmed your payment, we will ship out the goods in 2-3 business days, and you will receive the parcel in 3-5 business days. Sample is 2-3 working days, mass production time is in 10-15 working days.

Q2. How long do I need to wait for my payment confirmation?

If you choose to pay by Western Union or Money Gram, we will confirm your payment in 24 hours; If you choose bank transfer (Bank Of China or HSBC), it will takes about 3 days to confirm, as long as we received the notification, we will confirm your payment as soon as possible.

Q3. How to become your dealer membership?

Once your accumulative order total amount achieves USD999, you will be our valued dealer automatically. As our dealer, you can get more discount than customer membership. Once you become to our dealer, you will obtain the discount forever.

Q4. I don’t like your standard colors. Can I choose any color I like? If yes, any extra cost?

A: if you choose from our available colors, there will be no extra cost, the MOQ is 50pcs

B: designated color (pantone code etc.) MOQ 100pcs or USD16.00/clr for ABS material; USD32/clr for metal material

For small amount, you can pay by PayPal. For amount more than USD500, you can pay by Bank Wire

We provide neutral Gift box packaging; we also can make your own designed OEM packaging
