1. 0.6-0.8-1mm galvanized sheet form the 4-6-8cm depth frame of letters
2. Paint the color for galvanized sheet as your request(PMS,RAL color card)
3. Punching the acceptable holes (9mm, 12mm, 20mm diameter holes)
4. Install waterproof exposed LED (can be RGB)
5. Control the effect of RGB LED by the program and the controller
6. Galvanized sheet for the back side bottom case or just have the installation brackets

Note:

1. Galvanized sheet can be replaced by other metal material

2. Can side and the front both have the holes for better effect.

Acrylic led letter:

Inside waterproof led module illuminating outside acrylic letters,can paint color for the not shining side,form the front-lit,side-lit or back-lit effect.

LED resin letter:

Have the leading international standard of technology.Use 304#mirror form the frame,use high grade epoxy resin as the front side,metal material for the back side bottom case.All the size and color can be customized.
