 Machine introduction:

 

     PLC(PANASONIC) control system, the touchscreen adopt the whole English show, frequency conversion to confirm the steady movement, it is a good choose for insulating glass and curtain-wall glass making.

 

    Three times washing, 3 pairs brushes to confirm clean, the special brush could wash Low-E glass

 

     Strong circular wind from special wind knife to dry glass quickly.

 

     Specially designed for step insulating glass and triple insulating glass, 1-up to 4 sides stepped units, shape pf insulating glass.

 

      Full distance automatic changeable frequency speed adjustment, which can save work waiting time and improve production efficiency

 

     Pressing part is fluid drive, adjust size of glass by servo, action board can open, easy to examine and repair.

 

    When glass is pressed, the front and back part of flat pressing machine lift up the glass with lever-type arm and hand system, all this will ensure no malposition.
