This machine is specially designed for woodworking industry, with 2 spindles auto-changing.One spindle can be rotated 90 degree for lock slot, and this machine is really good for woodworking industry.

♦ 3.0kw HSD and 4.5kw HSD spindle, spindles can be changed automatically with the commands from system.

♦ Thick steel pipe structure after special treatment, well welded, no distortion for whole structure high precision, and long life time.

♦ DSP or SYNTEC controller system with Ethernet interface, working without connecting with computer during working and easy to control.

♦ With stepper motors and also high speed YASKAWA SERVO motor and drivers, and tow motors for Y axis,max working speed is 30000mm/min.

Generally speaking,our Insulating Glass Processing Equipments need to install by our professional technician,Aluminum&UPVC Windows and Doors Processing Equipments is no need.

If buyers need to install by our technician,the installation clause as follows:

INSTALLATION CHARGE: USD40/day for one worker for installation and training.Buyer supply hotel,food,ticket.Our technical worker need about 3-10 days for installation till all machines is good.When our worker finished all installation,buyer have to pay for installation charger to our worker according to $40 per day.Then our worker will teach your worker how to operate all machines correctly.
