aluminium spacer bar cutting machine is used for cutting the aluminum windows and doors and curtain-wall profiles, the whole machine adopts the pickling phosphide and vibration ageing to make the frame without distortion. The whole machine frame uses the double housing planer, which plane the guider to confirm it in a parallel level. Usually we use SIMENS, MITSU and DELTA PLC system, NSK bearings and the contactor is DELIXI, SCHNEIDER, the main features as below

6. Imported linear guiding pair ensures steady processing accuracy

7. Saw blade rotates smoothly due to high accurate main spindle

8. Uniform speed feeding and smooth motion is due to air hydraulic damping cylinder
