Cabin System

Assembled construction,outside and inside wallboard all use Baosteel colorful steel. Iron sheet 0.476mm thick, board 50mm thick, aluminum-alloy frame. The window on the door is made of steel glass and seal with alluminum-alloy edging. The exterior of booth is graceful and wear well.Basement is galvanized steel sheet construction, covered with high-temperature resistance spray plastic floor grid and rot resistance steel frame 40*80mm. Two lines of grid and three embossed sheet, two pieces of 800mm width embossed skid resistance ramps.

Air Circulation System

Two sets of centrifugal fan, power of each fan is 4KW. The exterior of fan unit uses Baosteel double layers cystosepiment and aluminum-alloy edging seal, lower noise dramatically. Blower capacity:2000m³/h. Upside inlet air, EAD is made of good quality galvanized steel sheet and flange made by professional equipment. Air speed:0.3m/s. Air recycling times:260times/h.

Purification System

Dual filtering structure, The primay filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. TSP≤1.4mg/m³

Heating System

Infrared lamp heating type, lamp hood made of mirror surface stainless steel. Oxidation resistance, the exterior of lamp hood uses high temperature resistance hotbox, embedded type, elegant and safe. Configure 10 groups, 3pcs in one group, 2pcs mobile type top lamp, total power 38KW. Max temperature:80°C, heating time:6-10min(20-60°C), power consumption:7.5°.

Controlling System

Luxury type of control cabinet, installed high-sensitive electrical leakage protection device, high          temperature protection device and timer device. Each group of lamps can be controlled separately. High temperature resistant wire with fireproof covering be embedded in the wall of cabin, safe and elegant. And steel glass to avoid painting pollution.

Light System

Philips lighting lamp and silicon amperite. Shadowless lamp on the 45°ceiling. Mirror surface stainless steel reflection, 1000Lux. There is no double image and working blind zone. At the same time, it can works even the voltage lowerd to 180V.

Exhaust Treatment

(Optional) Combined two ways of environmental protection treatment, dry type and wet type. Dry type uses active carbon for absorbing organic solvent widely. It meets the GB16297-1996 national standard.
