Dust Free Dry Grinding System

 

Product  Characteristics:

1.    Power of double motors reaches 2,200W for synchronous operation of 2 grinding stations without influence of dust collection effect. Dust collection effect exceeds 90% and one machine can be used for 2 purposes for time saving and energy conservation.

2.    Automatic switch activates dust collection function with rotation of sander. Dust collection function stops automatically when stopping sander. It can be done easily to save energy;

3.    To be fitted with work cabinet and abrasive paper hanger. Unused sander and consumables can be placed on work cabinet. Dry grinding abrasive paper can be placed on abrasive paper hanger according to grinding sequence for orderly site layout and concentrated management;

4.    Triple filter system and high-capacity paper bag can be used for easy cleaning and professional environmental protection. Dust can be collected by dust collection paper bag without space pollution. Dust and dust collection paper are discarded together for environmental protection.
