65 degrees soft scraper, can be get a thicker ink and a higher rate to cover printing.

85 degrees hard rubber scraper can be thinner ink printing, UV ink printing is more suitable in the font and fine lines.

Try to avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee on the screen, this will result in very thick layers of ink.

It is difficult to control, excessive wear will also screen, so the correct way is to let the ends of the squeegee and screen edges with appropriate distance, and then printed with an appropriate pressure.

When squeegee handle the load or choose not to apply too much pressure to squeeze into the thick of the size of force, should regularly make squeegee rest rather than continuous use.

Cleaning: first wipe excess ink with a cloth, and then compared with a soft cloth dampened with a suitable solvent cleaning, do not use strong solvents, especially ink thinner to clean the squeegee.

Squeegee should be allowed to idle in order to fully complete evaporation of the solvent on it before and after grinding or re-use.

Grinding: Grinding available general-purpose way: Belt, roller, knife-cutting can only squeegee dry grinding, grinding and not immediately wipe solvent, grinding a few times.

Storage: squeegee should be wrapped when stored for a long, flat on a dry and cool room, avoid direct exposure to light, otherwise the performance and squeegee hardness will produce change.
