TCJ 350 vacuum extruder is our patent prodcut, used to produce split wall and floor tile, the extruding pressure is hgih and uniformly thus the tile is not easily to distoration and have very good quality.

Its structure design is based on German and Italy technology, and combine our 14 exturder R&D experience, the machine running is very steady,widely used in almost all of chinese split tile manufacturer, also export to new split tile manufacturer market such as Inida, Uganda etc.

The machine is equipped with vacuum pump to removes the air from the clay, improve the plastic and elastic of clay. The R. P. M of mixing auger and extruding auger is driven by variable frequency variable speed motor respectively, the R. P. M is adjustable per your production's requirement.

We are able to supply complete split tile production line as turnkey project include production technology selection, machinery selection, ceramic technology traning, machinery installation and comissiong, related technology training etc.

According customer raw material condition, the raw material preparation manily have below 3 types(must accoding to customer is detial condition of material to desgin a proper one):

1. Roller crusher and mixer technology for wet material

2. Ball mill, filter press and pug mill for wet material

3. Raymond grinder and mixer technology for wet material

The drying can use roller dryer or tunnel dryer, kiln can use tunnel kiln or roller kiln It is not suggest use hoffman kiln or pusher kiln for firing split tiles
