The machine is used for slurry dewatering. It can dewater ingots rate of water to 18%-26%.The machine is plastic slurry production equipment in ceramic machine industry. It also can be chose for other usages.

The machine can install on the ground or upstairs. If it install upstairs, then it can loads and unloads by belt conveyer without manual.

2Features

2.1 The machine is a good capability and easy operative semi-automatic device with advanced technologies about hydraulic electric appliance and so on.

2.2 The hydraulic system of the machine provides oil by constant power type pressure compensation variable pump which will save energy. The machine changes direction by solenoid valve. Coordinating with electric joint pressure gauge, the machine can go ahead fast and press slowly, it also could grantees the actives of supply pressure automatically, unload pressure and draw back. The structure of the machine is compact and work stable.

2.3 The machine has high oil pressure, big closing force and good lock capability. Its airproof measures of pressure rate system is strict, it has no slurry blast under the slurry pressure is 2.5 Mpa (25 kgf/cm²).

2.4 The grouting part pours slurry by variable pillar, so it has the probability to eternal filter in technology. It avoids slurry hanging of filtered cake, recycles rest slurry effectively.

2.5 The filtered cakes produced by the machine have good quality. They dont have problems of shell clamping, core breaking and side weak. The produced slurries were piece-typed, so they are easy to throw when vacuum drilling. If filter clothes were not broken then water is clear, so it can be used again. And rest slurries also can recycle. These can keep producing environment clean.

Construction summary

The machine is mainly composed by follow parts:

a) Hydraulic filters mainly parts are composed of pressure pushing head, filter plate sets and wallboard sets.

b) Hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic station and work oil cylinder construction.

The hydraulic station including: tank, oil pump set, filter, board-typed integrated package and several board-typed hydraulic components. The tank is fully airproof and set up oil recycle filter. These sets can effectively prevent oil pollution. Oil used in hydraulic press can be chosen in YA-N46 or YB-N46 hydraulic oil, N46 mechanical oil. The oil using temperature environment is 10^.C-65^.C, and the cleanliness must keep in NAS10 class.
