For bulk pack cutlery,samples are free charge but freight should be afforded by buyers.If you have DHL,TNT,FEDEX or any other courier account to do freight collect,we warming welcome.

 

3.Payment Terms:

 

As we do not need MOQ,if total amount is less than USD1000,we always accept TT,WU,PAYPAL,ESCROW 100% before delivery.And if order over USD1000,we accept TT,WU,ESCROW 100% before shipment.If over USD10,000,we welcome 30% TT,WU or ESCROW as deposit,balance before delivery.And of course,we also accept LC at sight.

 

4.For quality issue:

 

Our cutlery passed SGS and can pass any food safety test.Pls be relaxed to buy.What's more,of course they can accept dishwasher.Knife is proceeded by high and heat temprature treatment,which will stop it from easily broken.
