1 .Feeder Grinding equipment
The grinding chamber is of tear circle shape, effectively eliminating the circular flow in the grinding process and getting higher capacity
Rotor passes accurate dynamic balancing test, resulting in low equipment noise and smooth running.
The moving full-wide operation door facilitates maintenance and replacing of beater;

2. Mixing equipment
Mixing equipment is embodied in three aspects:
Simple and compact structure, less space needed;
Stable running, high efficiency;
High reliability, long service life and low cost of maintenance.
Short mixing period (45~60s/batch) and high mixing homogeneity (CV≤5%, may be up to 3%);
It is fair to say that if proportioning system is disjoined from mixer, even with advanced manufacturing processes, the production will become meaningless.Therefore, the quality and performance of mixing machine directly influences survival and development of feed mills. Stable-performance equipment not only helps enterprises to keep making profits but also reduce large sum of money for maintenance and repairing.
3. Pelleting equipment

Stainless steel conditioner; axial steam spraying extends the conditioning time and cooking effect
Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy; smooth driving, low noise and long service life
Gear directly-connecting driving is adopted for high efficiency;
Widely used for pelleting the high-quality livestock and poultry feed, aquatic feed, compound fertilizer and other materials
4.Crumbler
It is special purpose equipment to crumble big pellets into small pellets. It can crumbled pellet into 0.6~1.5mm or 1~2.5mm
Rolls perform differential rotational speed. Pellets are pressed, sheared and torn, thus reaching ideal crumbling effect;

5. Sifting equipment
The adoption of balance weight contributes to slight vibration and low noise.
Suitable for grading pellets and crumbles, and the secondary recycled grinding technology as well as the cleaning and grading treatment of some granular and powdery materials.
The strengthened base ensures that equipment will run more smoothly. And the hanging structure can be used according to the actual site conditions so as to meet customer’s requirements of retrofit;
6. cooling equipment
Widely used for cooling granular feed.
Compact structure, small space occupied;
Octagonal cooling bin, no death corner;
Reciprocating fence for discharge, smooth and uniform discharge flow;
Little maintenance required and low energy cost.
Pellet temperature after cooling is less than +3℃~5℃ ambient temperature;

7. Bagging machine
It is used for both pellet and mash materials with good flow ability;
