Boiling, smoking and baking room
Boiling, smoking and roasting room can be used for the traditional smoking, boiling and production of red sausage, sausage, etc., so as to achieve the aim of killing fungus through boiling. It can also be used for roasting poultries such as chicken, duck etc., as well as boiling western ham, sausage food and various grain and bean food.
 

This equipment has the functions of drying, boiling, smoking, and desiccation, etc., and users are able to choose the suitable work process according to different products requirement, and realize the automotive conversion in each procedure. The control system adopts PLC, so the operation becomes very convenient.
There are four types of this equipment: Model ZYSD low-temperature drying room, Model ZZX-I Steamer, Model ZYS-II 500 high-temperature roasting room, Model ZYS-III 500 boiling & smoking & roasting room (2C).
