The carcass is weighted by the electronic track scale, then the carcass pass through the washing equipment. At the end, it will be sent to chilling room or fresh meat marketing room.
The electronic track scale is used to weight the carcass in the carcass processing room and fresh meat marketing room.
Function: gross weight/net weight calculating, recording, printing, outputting data. By the counting function, it also can be inputted other information about the carcass and printed.
