Automatic ice storage

CSCPOWER has two kinds of auto ice storages,including fully-automatic ice rake and crawler type.ice storage capacity is from 7T up to 200T.the storage has a special designed double-wall insulation which allows a proper air-circulation around the ice even when the ice storage is completely full.each ice storage is equipped with an air-cooling unit keeping the storage temperature at around -8℃.thus the flake ice remains crisp avoiding problems during the transpotation by screw conveyors or by a blowing system.

Screw ice weighing device 

The screw ice weighing device is specially designed for weighing ice which deliver ice accurately and reliably

It’s mainly used for delivering ice to the conveyor belt and ice outlet capacity is adjustable

Weighing adopts good brand components and highly accurate senor which can ensure stable performance and accurate computation.

Modular structure design.easy to do the maintenance and reliable use.

The control box reserve for PCinterface.which can facilitate date exchange(for option)

Pneumatic ice weighing device

The structure is compact rectangular type,ice inlet on the top,gate on the botton.it’ssealed tightly and acts reliably.

The ice out gate is driven by the cylinder.the ice is delivered to the batching plant which is good for ice use.the control box reserve for PC interface.which can facilltate date exchange(for option.)

Installation: 

Installing by the user: we will test and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.

All equipment is installed on one steel frame except the cooling tower so it's very convenient to install on spot and it can be put into use immediately after connecting it with the water and electricity resource. The cooling method of the condenser can be customized.
