Due to big vertical-chamber design, DZ-600LD is ideal for powder, fluid, big goods or bulky small goods. To protect vacuum pump, Helix Subside Filter for collecting powder is optional. It's ok to put goods together with master box/barrels in chamber, DZ-600LD will achieve the process of vacuuming, sealing, cooling, printing. After vacuum packing, it can prevent goods from oxygen, mold, insects, moisture, thus to extend storage life. Packaging capacity is about 100 times/h, and will be higher for skilled operator.

For powder smaller than 200 mesh, Helix Subside Filter shall be equipped for collecting powder, in order to protect vacuum pump.

For big goods or bulky small goods, such as powder, fluid, meat, herbs, clothing, feed, food, native products, chemicals etc.
