 1. Why usually the first weight result seems some higher than people's actual weight?

Firstly make sure you're using it in correct way, to put the scale on flat and hard surface before wieghing. When using the scales for the first time, or when changing their position or location, they should be
restarted twice and should be free of objects to ensure accurate measurements. This is for calibrating the
scale. If you do not perform these measures, measurements may be incorrect.

 2. Why sometimes you can find the weight  result is far different from your actual weight?
