Q2. How long can we make the rugs for you?

A2.It’s up to your size and the knotts, usually take around 4-8 months;

A3.If the rug have any problems, you can return to us we will give you a good solution.please cantact us when you find prolems.

Q4: What is your MOQ?

A4: For customized design, our MOQ is about 400Sqm .

For our factory design in stock. NO MOQ .we can also accept trial order.

Q5: What about your package?

A5: Rolled for small size; Folded for large size;

Packed in double woven bags with anti-water inner film

Q6: What is your delivery time and shipment?

• The samples or small order, the rugs will be ready within 5 days after received your payment,

We will sent by Express Delivery,such as DHL, EMS,UPS,FedEx or TNT;

• For wholesale order or big shipment, the rugs will be ready within 10 days after receiv ed your payment,

We will be sent by air or sea as your request.
