Q1: What's your order procedure?

 Key:Firstly, choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send you the proforma invoice for confirmation.

 Secondly, please arrange the deposit. We will proceed after get your deposit. 

 Thirdly, once the order is finished, we will take pictures and send them to you for check or you can come to our factory and check your items. 

 Forthly, if everything is confirmed, then please arrange the balance to us and once we receive the balance, then the shipment will be arranged.
Q2: Can we change the size and color based on the original?
 Key :  Yes, the size and color can be custom-made according to your requirement.
Q3: What's include in products?

Key: It is included blower,cloth bag,repair kits (including the materials, glue, Etc).

Q4: About the color and logo, your company ,how to make sure them correct ? 
 Key: With regards to the color ,we will print the color on one piece of cloth to compare with pantone card ,and tell you printed color is close to which pantone number. Besides, we will take photos for this comparison course for your reference. For making sure your logo correct, when your product has been finished, We will check it carefully, what's more, the pictures of end-product will be sent to you for your double check. 
Q5: If there is something wrong with it during operating, How to deal with it ?
