Free Operating System: Default installed our activated OEM cracked version Win7 or Win8 in English for free, other languages can be selected among:                Russian,Spanish,Portuguese,French,German,Arabic,Italian,Japanese,Turkish,Greek etc.  Please inform us which language you want to install. 

Accessories as Ram, SSD, HDD, we use famous brand: Ram-Samsung DDR3L 1600MHz SO-DIMM etc, SSD-Samsung, Kingfast, T0shiba etc, HDD-WD, Seagate etc. What brand we use depends on our test and our stock.

Normally we will provide free shipping by DHL, but we will also send by the other carriers for free shipping in different cases, they are UPS/EMS/Fedex etc.
Case 1: Your shipping area is remote location for DHL. You could find out if your area is remote area or not on DHL the website:   /jsp/first.jsp
Case 2: DHL is not allowed to use in your area. Like Russia, Brazil, Argentina.
Case 3: Good news for customers from Russia Belarus Ukraine Brazil etc countries, we choose eEMS(EMS upraded version) to ship parcel by default, safe, fast, with better ability of customs clearance. Delivery within about 5-10 working days by eEMS.
Except all of 3 cases, If your address is remote area for us , you should add extra shipping fees for DHL/ UPS/EMS/Fedex etc, otherwise we will choose post mail shipping for free.

About customs, We are not responsible for buyer's customs taxes or VAT. But we try our best to help buyer lower or avoid customs duties, usually write a value of USD $20-70 on package and describle item as "Set-Top Box".
