Q:sometime ,the remote control can not operate ,What we should do ?

A:first please check the TV , DVD ,DVB ect home application to ensure the device can work,

second, please check the battery is properly installed in the remote control ,

Third, please check the battery power is sufficient,if the power is run out , please replace the battery

fourth, please ensure no obstacles between home application and remote control .

if you do as above steps , the remote control still cant work , please replace new remote control .

 

Q:How to test remote control by mobile phone ? 

A:Open the cell phone camera function , press remote control singal launch key at the camera ,then we will see a set of continuous flashing blue light in the camera viewfinder , which means the remote control is good, if sometimes there is no light , it indicates remote control power is low , if no light , it shows the remote is damaged or the battery is run out inside the remote control , if still no light after replace the new battery , it means thet remote control is really damaged . please replace new remote control .
