Q & A:

1. operating system software

Currently software for windows XP, WIN7, WIN8 systems. But WIN7 WIN8 only support 32-bit mode, while the best administrator (or compatible with XP) mode to install and run the software.

2. Why sometimes after downloading the file, the display will appear white effect?

This is due to incomplete data applications appear in the data conversion. The main phenomenon is to click on CHANGE button, the preview window is no preview display one by one to the last picture, there card, stop, do not respond to other phenomena. Then you can convert again, until the preview window smoothly preview each picture individually.

If repeatedly without success, note the following:

   A. confirmation administrator (or compatible) mode to run the software;

      B. temporary turn off the firewall system, real-time anti-virus and other security software;

      C. temporarily disable the network connection;

      D. shutting down unnecessary background applications.

3. Why download the image is not clear enough?

5 why some pictures are black or mosaic flower loading?

  This is the clip image format is wrong, this product image formats are BMP or JPG format. We recommend the use of other image processing software format conversion, or computer theme save as BMP or JPG format can be.

6 products in use, sometimes halfway back to the first picture show?

Data download process

1 Prepare enough picture material.

2 Double-click the POI to enter the photo editing software. (If the computer operating system is win7 win8 proposal Run as administrator)

2.1 Change the image and display time.

2.2 input to generate image data file and path.

2.3 input time data file and the path to be generated.

2.4 Click CHANGE in the preview window you can see the number of each picture individually displayed once, until the last one. At this time the picture data file and the data file is automatically generated.

2.5 If you have to edit the generated other data files, repeat 2.1 to 2.4. You do not need to exit POI image editing software.

3 Data Download transfer

  Confirm USB module has been successfully installed drive.

  Double-click POICOMM enter data download software. (If the computer operating system is win7 win8 proposal Run as administrator)

  3.1 connect the data cable, turn on the power rods.

  3.2 Select the COM port, and click Open to open

  3.3 Click Picfile, choose Open ready to be downloaded picture data files.

  3.4 Click Picsend start downloading the picture data.

Note: The picture downloading, there will be a start usb module indicator flashes for memory format, there is a green light to move on for about 25 seconds after the rods, indicate that the data being downloaded in.

     Green light for about 90 seconds to move the end of the download is completed.

  3.5 Click Timefile, choose Open preparation time data file to be downloaded.
