Rotating Tie rack Assembly instructions:

Hold hanger in one hand and base in the other hand

Line up hanger vertically above center hole of base arms are pointed upwards.

Carefully guide split end of hanger into hole in base. Once both split ends are in the hole and at the same time rotate hanger back and forth.
