The system consists of one ticket dispenser,keypad and display. To call any customer when his/her order is ready. The display will show the related numbers
Operation:
1. Getting ticket from the simple ticket dispenser.
2. Guests order food, operator record. The ticket is kept by guests.
3. Guests wait in the seat, do anything they like.
4. The operator contact guests by press number from keypad when their order is ready for collection or when their table is ready to be seated.
5. The main display will show numbers with “DING DONG” reminding.

2. How to register the keypad to the display?
We will send you the instructions to guide you how to register the buttons to the receiver (display, watch). If needed, please tell us in advance, we can help you manage it.
2. How does the system work?
Customer give order to counter; Counter take order and give customer a Q number. Customer wait somewhere for order. When Order ready. For example No.99’s order is ready. Counter can press 0099 + “ENT” key from K-MAIN or 999QMS keypad transmitter. Then screen receiver will display the number 99 on the screen with dingdong sound. Customer will see the display number and go collect food.
