1.When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. 

2.What's information do you need? If I want to get a quotation.

The size,the material,the color of product and logo,the quantity,the packing methods.

3.How can I get a sample to check your quality?

We will make samples for you to check the quality,maybe you need to pay the sample cost and shipping cost. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4.What's the lead time?

Sample needs 7-15 days, mass production time needs 30-50 days.

5.What's your MOQ?

Our MOQ is according to the product, different type will have different MOQ.
