Instruction for lock:

1. This is design uses the international general American UL standard lock, which has double cylinders. The main and subsidiary keys can open the lock at the same time. Before the main key inserts, the subsidiary key is unable to insert to assure the security. The subsidiary key can not be draw out when the door is opening to  avoid losing the key.

2. The distance between main and subsidiary keys is 47mm, it assures that your finger will not be scratched by the other key when you rotate the one. For general lock, the volume is a little samll, so the distance of the two keys is about 33mm.

 

Technical Instruction:

1. Color and Packing: White-gray, the entire box through 9 steps of craft such as dust removing processing, oil removing, phosphating processing, spurts models processing and so on . The safe box is packing by moisture-proof plastic paper and two- layer corrugared paper.

2. Firm-door plank 6mm, box body 2mm, internal box 0.8mm high quality steel plate.

3. Security- Special and high accuracy variable lock gained American UL safe certification. Exquisite -small door with internal box .  There is a pulling handle to hang up the lock and flannelette glued in the internal box and the botton of safe box .
