Installation & Maintenance of Cooling System

 

I. Purpose of the cooling water:

1. Cool the induction coil;
2. Cool the internal power device and hi-frequency transformer of the induction heating equipment.

II. Requirements to cooling water:

 

1. Water temperature at the inlet: <40°C;

2. Pressure: >0.2Mpa;

3. Flow: 5-10L/min, the max water temperature at the outlet should be no more than 70°C;

4. Water quality: purified and demineralized.
