A: Usually the sample should be paid firstly. When you place a large order, the small sample under 50USD cost could be reduced or returned relatively. If above that amount, we shall have a certain discount for the sample.

 3.Q: What about the lead time for the sample and mass production?

 A: It will be taking around 1-3 working days for the small items sample after the payment is received. For the mass production, it depends on the specific order quantities. It should be confirmed with factory before you are placing the order, normally it will be expected to bewithin 5-15 working days.

 4. Q: Is allowed OEM/ODM service?

 A: OEM/ODM service will be acceptable on certain products. We could print your logo on certain products, according to customers' requirement.

 5.Q: How to pay for it?

 A:When you got the proforma invoice, then you could make the  payment accordingly. The payment term can be by T/T (Bank transfer), Irrevocable credit of Letter Western Union, Escrow etc. as you prefer.

 6.Q: How is the warranty policy?

 A: 1) All our exporting products will be tested before delivery.

 2). Warranty:

 a. We provide one-year warranty for most products listed.

 b. M series, FMC series, SM series flow meter, the warranty period is 24 months starting from the shipping date

 c. Nozzles, the warranty is 6 months according to the international custom.

 3) . Customers will enjoy free repair services for failures found within the warranty due to manufacturing quality;

 4) . For on-site services not arising from manufacturing quality, we shall charge a certain service fee at our discretion based on actual charges incurred such as travel expense.

 5) . We provide paid repair services for product damages not arising from manufacturing quality issues or beyond the scope of warranty.
