Characteristics

The gas roots flowmeter is a kind of volumetic metering instrument. With gas passing by, the pressure differential produced at the instrument inlet and outlet will act on a pair of roots coupled together by high-precision synchromesh gear, thus drives the roots rotors to revolve, after being decelerated by multi-stage gear unit, it will be transmitted to the counter through magnetic coupling mechanism, then the counter will display the volume of the measured gas.

The gas roots flowmeter can be configured with low-frequency pulse signal transmitter and volume reviser for temperature and pressure compensation and compression factor revision. On the volume reviser, it can display the standard volume of gas flowing through the flowmeter.
