1. PLASTIC CHAIR PACKING DISPLAY

Pedestal and seat would be set apart before loading, and the seat would be wrapped with a layer of strong plastic bubble wrap, and the pedestal wrapped with strong plastic layers, so that our goods wouldn't get scratched. Then the stack of these two parts would be fixed into a thick leatheroid carton in a space-saving way.

2. GOODS PACKING & LOADING

The far left picture shows what our carton is like: made of 5 layers, 3 of the 5 are planar, and the rest 2 are sperately filled in the gaps of that 3 and curved. This kind of structure allows a high level of impact-resistance come to exist.
