In packing process, each DSW chair would be first fixed into the carton with its seat and leg set apart, so that the usage of space could be much more reasonable, as a result of this, assembly units in the carton would never shake greatly during transportation. And every seat would be wrapped with a strong plastic bag so that none of them would ever get scratched. 

The far left picture shows what our carton is like: made of 5 layers, 3 of the 5 are planar, and the rest

 2 are sperately filled in the gaps of that 3 and curved.  This kind of structure allows a high level of impact-resistance come to exist.
