u Instrument Description:

l The instrument is a half automatic and intelligent Vickers hardness testing machine, adopts closed-loop loading control system,making instrument more accurate

l Selection of testing force and dwell time is controlled and monitored on the front panel, it is automatic during the process of loading, dwell and unloading.

l Can be equipped with CCD indentation automatically measuring device.

l It adopts digital microscopes with adjustable LED illuminator, doesn’t the operator to read the detail length of indentation, it only needs the operator to aim the D1, D2 diameter of indentation and press the length key twice, then the built-in computer can compute the Vickers scale and display the final testing result on LCD display automatically. it improves the speed and accuracy of hardness testing obviously.

l The instrument is suitable for the testing vickers hardness value of the micro and thin pieces, permeated and coated plane surface, the crisp materials such as the agate, glass and it is, therefore, an ideal hardness measuring instrument for the scientific research institutes, the universities, the industrial production units and the metrological institutes.
