UF membrane Features
1. The membrane silk is made of PP (polypropylene). With our unique technology, the fiber is modified and enhanced to have high strength and high toughness, so that it can work under a variety of bad conditions; Outer and inner diameter of the membrane silk are 500 and 400um. It is so thin that we can install more silks (about 60 ) to 72 thousand pieces, and the total membrane area is about 60m2) into a UF shell, and suspended solids in the water can quickly plug the cross section even when the silk is broken;
2. The filtration mode is out to in, the water to be treated can flow into the membrane module from either side of it, makingthe worry aboutwrong installation not necessary. And because of this filtration mode, the pore on the surface of membrane silk can shrink during filtering, so it can have a higher filtering precision. And the pore will expand during backwashing, so it can wash away some big particles to clean themembrane at the most. All of these make our product act perfect in working process;
3. Our enhanced modified PP material has great fouling resistant ability, and it can recover its performance by backwash instead of chemical cleaning. It can reduce the damage to the membrane silk and save the coston chemicals;
4. The shell is made of UPVC.

Maintenance methods
1. Raw water use fungicides to kill bacteria and microorganisms. Maintain proper chlorine residual;
2. Pre-filter to remove solid particles suspended body, at high colloid content, using flocculation pretreatment;
3. Timing backwash quick wash, rinse regularly chemistry;
4. Dynamic filtration, emission concentrated water, recycling ratio depending on the raw water quality may be;
