MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor, MBR) is a new type of wastewater treatment system which combines membrane separation technology with biological treatment together. The conventional biological treatment –End secondary settling tank was replaced by membrane module, and maintain a high concentration of activated sludge in the biological reactor, improve organic load of biological treatment, thereby reducing the footprint of sewage treatment facilities, and reducing residual sludge by maintain low sludge load. Mainly take use of immersive MBR module in aerobic biological tank to intercept activated sludge and organic molecules in tank.

Before buying reverse osmosis equipment, we’d like to know the configuration you need:

Produce water, how many liters per hour of water?
Raw water quality, (tap water, well water or underground water. What conductivity, is the raw water quality stable)
The required produce water quality. What conductivity or resistivity rate should be? What will the produce water be used for?
Pre-treatment system should be auto or manual control?(Back wash and resin regeneration control should be manual or auto? The cost of auto control will be higher)
The material of the filter housing. FRP , carbon steel or stainless steel?
The brand of the pump? (Hangzhou Nanfang pumps, Grundfos)
